The Find and Replace Styles plug-in lets you find text with one style applied to it (a character or paragraph style) and replace it with another style. Optionally, you can specify some text that must be matched for the replacement to occur. For example, you might want all paragraphs that contain the text “Note:” changed to the “Note” style.
When finding and replacing character styles, you can optionally clear the character style all together so that the text reverts back to the paragraph style.
