The Maintenance plug-in lets you:
- Check for external files in a specified Windows folder that are not referenced by Author-it File Objects (so you can delete them, if required).
- Check each Author-it File Objects that has linked graphics and verify if the external file exists.
- Synchronise topic descriptions and headings.
- Generate a report of all variables and variants in the library.
